Encyclopaedia Britannica offers a resource containing all the text found in the print version plus an additional 11,000 articles online. Features include multimedia clips, pictures, maps and Internet links. |

ProQuest Platinum offers an electronic collection of millions of articles originally published in magazines, newspapers and journals. |

SIRS is a comprehensive database portal which is comprised of several reference databases including SIRS Researcher, SIRS Government Reporter, SIRS Renaissance and SIRS Decades. |

CQ Researcher offers balanced explorations of controversial issues in the news. |

ProQuest Learning: Literature provides a comprehensive literary resource for original full-text works, author biographies and contemporary criticism. |

Literature Resource Center provides full-text journal articles, literary criticism, reviews, biographical information, and overviews on over 130,000 writers in all disciplines, from all time periods and from around the world. |

Project Muse offers an online collection of scholarly journals focusing on the humanities and social sciences. (This database is only available from computers on the school network.) |
