IMPORTANT:
Any student trying out for a fall sport must attend all three days of tryouts .

Any student trying out for a fall sports team in August MUST turn in a completed physical form to our athletic director before or on the first day of tryouts. This policy also applies to any student trying out for a winter or spring sport. A student may not tryout until the completed physical form is turned in. Digital forms are also available on our website. Please fill in both sides of the form legibly and upload the form to your SchoolAdmin enrollment checklist or mail us a hard copy.
