Bonnie Bevans Kottraba ’98, P’28 receives program scholarship from The Dr. Nancy Grasmick Leadership Institute

Communications Office
Bonnie received a full scholarship to attend the Professional Leadership Program for Women & Allies at the Dr. Nancy Grasmick Leadership Institute at Towson University.
The Professional Leadership Program for Women & Allies brings together leaders from a variety of industries for intensive professional development for workshops, custom training, interactive engagements, presentations, assignments, and peer feedback. In eight daylong sessions over four months, participants will “gain new insights, added self-confidence and the capacity to immediately impact their organizations and communities in powerful, positive ways.”

It is a testament to Bonnie and her professional accomplishments and future leadership that she has been awarded a full scholarship to participate in this highly selective program, which will run February-May 2026. Bonnie has held a variety of roles at Mercy, beginning in the Advancement Office in 2006 and shifting to Admissions in 2016. We are delighted that Bonnie has been recognized by the Dr. Nancy Grasmick Leadership Institute, a premier leadership development center which was established by Dr. Nancy Grasmick, former state superintendent of schools, and is led by Erin Moran ’93, P’27.

Congratulations, Bonnie!
