• Last year, I purchased an Alumnae Directory from PCI. When will I receive my copy?

  Mercy High School is proud to have more than 8,000 alumnae! Contacting each alumna took roughly 12 months. Since we began this project in September 2024, our Alumnae Director was on schedule for distribution in September 2025. PCI is now experiencing a delay. PCI estimates distribution in Winter 2025-2026.

• The package I purchased included apparel, when will I receive those items?

  PCI is working to ship the apparel separate (and earlier) than the Alumnae Directory, rather than waiting for the completion and shipping of the Alumnae Directory. We do not have a “ship date” yet.

• Does Mercy High School benefit from the Alumnae Directory sales?

  Mercy High School does not benefit financially from sales of the Alumnae Directory. The school will receive any updated information you provide for our database. 

• I have never heard of PCI. Can you tell me more about the company?

  PCI is a family-owned business based in Dallas, Texas that has published directories for educational institutions, fraternities, sororities, and military organizations for more than 100 years. Mercy previously partnered with PCI in 2010 to launch the Alumnae Directory in honor of our 50th anniversary. 

• I ordered an Alumnae Directory package over the phone and but now I would like to cancel my order. How do I do this?

  Please contact PCI’s customer service help desk at 1.800.982.1590 or by email at PCIservice@publishingconcepts.com. They can cancel the order for you.

• I never received a postcard or an email?

  Mercy does not have correct information for you in our database. We would love to be in touch with you! If you did not receive a postcard or an email, please be sure to update your information with the Alumnae Office by clicking here.

• How do I know my information will only be used for directory purposes?

  PCI is committed to protecting your information. The names, addresses, and information provided to PCI will be kept confidential, except to the extent that they are utilized in, or in the preparation of, the Alumnae Directory, and except as required by court order or law.

• Should Mercy have asked me to release my information to PCI?

  The information Mercy sent to PCI is public. PCI is committed to protecting your information. The names, addresses, and information provided to PCI will be kept confidential, except to the extent that they are utilized in, or in the preparation of, the Alumnae Directory, and except as required by court order or law.

• Mercy should have contacted me regarding this partnership. Why didn’t they?

  Mercy informed all alumnae about this initiative on August 30, 2024 in an email that included all alumnae events for the 2024-25 year. If you did not receive the email, then we do not have your correct information on file.

• I have more questions. Who should I contact?
